Second: Check with friends and neighbors who have studied playing the piano, and ask them "DO YOU STILL PLAY?" "HAVE YOU LEARNED ANY NEW CLASSICAL PIECES SINCE YOU STOPPED TAKING LESSONS?" "WHY DON'T YOU PICK UP NEW (classical) PIECES AND LEARN THEM?"

Most former students do NOT play anymore because "I forgot how to read the left hand."
If they do still play it is usually one of TWO SONGS.....FUER ELISE or THE SPINNING SONG. Once in awhile MALAGUENA or a Chopin Waltz is the selection.
